Jennifer is an artist, illustrator, printmaker and storyteller with two degrees in art. She is originally from the wonderful mountains of West Virginia and Kentucky, in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains and the infamous Coal Fields of the U.S. and the place of the Hatfield and McCoy Feud.

After 20 years as an Army wife and teaching off and on for over 30 years, she currently lives and works in beautiful Volusia County, where her art studio borders a lush wooded preserve, near the historic Daytona Beach and local farmland. In her cozy studio, she surrounds herself with items from her Appalachian American culture, her Christian faith, and tales that inspire her. She enjoys working with traditional art, illustration materials, ink or mixed media.

Themes in her artwork range from whimsical to my faith to the beauty in creation. Some of her other interests include encouraging other creatives, advocating healthy living, and the welfare of animals.
